During the first half of the Spring Term our theme will be 'Where does snow go?'.
Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!. Why does snow melt? How can we keep warm? This half term it is time for us to explore the frosty but fascinating season of winter. We will need to wrap up warm and head outside for wintery walks, to spot frosty windows, icy puddle, icy grass and steamy breaths. Back in the classroom. we'll warm up and try hot chocolate and dress dolls and teddies in outfits that will keep them warm. Along with exploring the freezing and melting process and listening to winter themed booked.

Language Link
As part of our provision, we run a number of interventions that are specialised to the development of language, communication and engagement. One of the interventions run within the class is Language Link. Infant Language Link provides planned an resourced interventions for a graduated approach. High quality teaching strategies and classroom resources are used.
Language Link can also be taught at home through simple activities and talking to your child. Please see the links below to view the Parents Portal page. The page is full of rich content and can be downloaded with support sheets to help at home.
